Return Policy

We hope that you love your purchases from Babydoll Boutique! However, we understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out for you. We want to make the return process as easy as possible. 

Returns are only eligible within 14 days of the purchase date with a receipt or the online order confirmation email. 

Please contact Brittany at bhuntretail@gmail.com to request a return.  Please provide your online order confirmation OR receipt in your email. Once we accept your return request, we will email you a return label + instructions on returning your purchase. When we have received your return, we will facilitate our inspection process. Once approved, we will email you a boutique credit.

Unfortunately, we do not issue REFUNDS, only boutique credit! Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer, and deducted from your boutique credit. You MUST print off your return label and ship back your return WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your return label. ALL returns labels are paid by the cumstomer and taken out of their issues boutique credit.  IF you are local, you may request a free return pickup!

 

Damages or Defects

Please inspect your order upon receiving! Contact Brittany immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! 

 

Orders not eligible for return: 

Merchandise that has visibly been worn or not in original condition

Items that are outside of the 14 day return window

Items that do not have a receipt or an order confirmation email

Items that are post damaged, or in poor condition due to customer

Items that are marked FINAL SALE
