SHIPPING:

We offer FREE shipping on all orders $75+ with USPS & UPS as our main couiers for all U.S. orders. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. **We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during flash sales, holidays, and vendor market conventions.** Estimated delivery times for ground shipping range from 3-5 business days from purchase.

We offer 1 & 2 business day shipping at a flat rate for Express Shipping

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. As we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm (est) will be processed the following business day (Monday).

DELIVERY:

         We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on any order, within a 15 mile radius from the Babydoll Boutique Studio. NOTE: please fill in your shipping address at checkout to see if you qualify, then you will be prompted the local delivery option! Deliveries are made Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday after 2pm will be processed and delivered the following business day (Monday). 

Orders will be delivered to the adress that is provided by the customer. You will receive current notifications when order is being processed and when order is delivered. Upon delivery, you will also receive a picture that your order has been delivered. Unless stated in delivery instructions by the customer, orders will be delivered on or near the front door or proch of location.

Domestic Shipping

Please Note: Shipping fees are pre-taxed and are a set fee per order. Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days, and not including holidays.

**Expedited Shipping** Orders must be placed by 12PM EST to be shipped the same business day. If the order is placed at 12PM EST, it will be shipped the next business day. 

Expedited shipping estimated delivery times are based on business days and do not include holidays.

International Shipping 

unfortunately, we are sorry that we do not offer international shipping at this time, but would love to in the near future! 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has been successfully sent out for shipping, you will receive an email with tracking info and order number. 

Local Delivery

Local Delivery is an unique shipping experience that benefits you the customer! However, Babydoll Boutique is not responsible for lost or missing packages, after the package has been delivered to the requested delivery address and a text notification has been sent to the buyer! 

The Babydoll Boutique is not responsible for:

• Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping 
• If your package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or delivered address. 
• Lost, damaged, or stolen packages that are marked as delivered, you may file a claim with the carrier
